Ritenburg & Associates Ltd. has practiced in Saskatchewan continuously since January of 1959. We have offices in both Regina and Saskatoon. We have provided Electrical Engineering consulting services throughout Saskatchewan and have designed over 7500 electrical projects representing over 450 million dollars in electrical installations.

Ritenburg & Associates Ltd. offers a Professional Consulting Electrical Engineering service including illumination, power, and communication systems. We have been responsible for the development of a large variety of projects and designs for both the private and public sector. Our project experience encompasses the design and construction phases of various electrical and communication systems found in office buildings, banks, schools, universities, laboratories, churches, industrial parks, penal institutions, airports, and hospitals.

Our firm has a wide diversity of skills and experiences. We have developed special expertise in areas such as high voltage distribution and switchgear, uninterruptible power systems, power generation, motor control equipment including variable speed drives, communication systems such as sound systems, fire alarm systems, data and voice distribution, video surveillance, and building security.

Our firm has developed expertise in the design of energy efficient lighting environments with special consideration to the aesthetic aspects of the space and the use of natural lighting. We have been involved in a variety of designs incorporating the Canadian Incentive Building Program (CBIP) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) designs. We have been incorporating borrowed daylight, low voltage control, and occupancy sensing into our projects. We currently use an advanced computer modeling program that allows us to model the effects of artificial lighting, natural light, windows, skylights and light shelves.
